Before I met Stuart and Elaine I felt really disheartened. I needed to sell my villa and had had a bad experience with a previous Realtor who had failed to tell me that they had only sold 1 property in the previous year! I spoke to a friend in the states who immediately recommended The Askew Team. Immediately I spoke to Stuart I knew I was receiving a personal service and that they would do their best to sell my villa. After a few weeks they were unable to sell because it was always booked with visitors. At their advice I took it off the rental programme and they went in and I completely trusted them to give the villa a complete face lift . Elaine went through the villa and told me all the things that she felt needed doing. The before and after photos tell the whole story, and Elaine was very aware that I needed to be mindful of costs.Stuart and Elaine worked extremely hard and we got a buyer within a week. I am so grateful. They were always there for me when I had any worries or concerns they are helpful both to sellers and buyers matching people to their perfect property .
