We will also depersonalize your home so that potential buyers will feel as if they are looking at their future home rather than your current one. Outside the home we will help give your home the curb appeal it needs to get the buyer's attention.

Vacant Home Staging® (as shown)... If you are marketing a home that is unoccupied, Stage 2 Sell, can provide a decor that will give the house a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We can provide a full complement of furniture and accessories in each room or minimize your investment with a smaller, vignette style of furnishing.. In either case, the result will be inviting to potential buyers.

Home Staging Consultation... Our consultation service will provide you with a prioritized report of things you can do yourself to maximize your home's appeal. Our Accredited Staging Professional will walk through your home with you to determine what your needs are. A consultation report is then complied for you detailing suggestions for preparing your home for sale. At that time you will have the option of making the changes yourself or allowing us to provide you with a full staging® service. The consultation process generally takes 2-4 hours depending on the size of your home.

Open House Preparation...When you're preparing to hold an open house Stage 2 Sell will get your home ready to show at it's best. We will stage your home inside and out, adding special touches to enhance not only the appearance of your house but also the atmosphere.
